cocoa and buttermilk. It has a soft crumb

A classic European-style buttercream,

whipped to a cloud-like meringue. Just a

tad less sweet than the classic buttercream.

This sweet and tangy buttercream is a must

for my Red Velvet cake. This icing must be refrigerated to maintain its stability.
