The Story

It all began the day my soon to be 16 year old asked for a special cake for her birthday...........

My daughter was turning 16 and asked me to make a cake that she found on the internet. I had never dived into the realm of cake decorating,  so I started taking some decorating classes, watched some YouTube videos, and practiced, practiced, practiced. And Voila....this is the finished product and my daughter’s Sweet 16 Cake.  The recipe for this cake is still my most popular recipe today.

It wasn't until I moved to Germany 8 years later that I decided to pick up the whisk and give it a go on more of a permanent basis. Though it is still not a full-time commitment for me yet, here I am loving every long night and early morning. Seeing the happy faces of my clients makes it all worth it.
